THE GOAL

What needed to work better.

Make marketing delivery more consistent across Consumer, B2B, and Partner Marketing, with clear handoffs and a shared way of working.

MY CONTRIBUTION

From complexity to a working system.

I standardized intake and project tracking in Jira, coordinated sprint planning and QA handoffs, and documented practices for cross-functional teams. In my 2024 annual evaluation, my manager credited the team under my leadership with nearly 600 resolved Jira tickets across campaign launches, troubleshooting, and product enablement.
